Called Cambridge Heating and Cooling 24/7 emergency response service, the person who picked up the phone was friendly and understood the urgency, scheduled an appointment for the same evening. Technician Rasheed came to fix our furnace; he was professional, knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. An excellent service was given to us.

Just a quick note to express my satisfaction with last month’s installation of a furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater. My furnace suddenly stopped working in the morning and there was no heat in my house. It was my daughter’s 18th birthday and we had a party in our house. After calling some companies we were really disappointed because none of them was giving us a schedule for the same day. We ended up searching Cambridge Heating and Cooling. Technician Beyhan showed up in the afternoon and after diagnosing the problem he told us that our blower motor is expired and we have to replace the motor. We then asked Beyhan to arrange the blower motor for us and he did. Beyhan was friendly, showed up on-time and did all the work very professionally he replaced the motor in an hour and our furnace started working again. I would really like to thank Beyhan for solving my problem in no time. Highly recommend this company to everyone.

I had signed up for an annual maintenance service with Cambridge Heating and Cooling two years back. I find their technicians very friendly, helpful and professional. It was a cold Saturday night and our 20 years old Lennox furnace broke down. Me and my wife were very much worried because we had a new born baby in our house and it was hard to survive in -22° after searching on internet we called Cambridge Heating and Cooling and set the appointment for the free estimate. The salesperson Paul showed up in 2 hours. (I must say that he was very professional & had all the knowledge about Lennox High Efficient furnace). We signed up with Cambridge because their prices were very much reasonable and on top of it Paul provided us the financing option which took the burden from our shoulders and the best part was he set up the installation for the next morning which was (Sunday). The new Lennox High Efficient furnace is working really well and we are very much satisfied with Cambridge Heating & Home Services and definitely we will recommend this company to everyone who is looking for a reasonable price with professional work. I am a cynical person by nature and wasn’t expecting anything more than the usual promises etc., but I needed to replace my old furnace in a hurry. I was pleasantly surprised at just how quickly the boys at Cambridge came to my rescue. My old furnace died overnight on a Tuesday and I had a new one up and running that same day. The best thing was that they didn’t gouge me because it was effectively an emergency. I know the price was good as, out of curiosity, I checked after the fact to see if I had been cheated. In fact, it was less expensive than the two other dealers I called and one of them told me it would be at least a week to install – hardly the same day! That’s got to mean something alright. I’d recommend them anytime.

It happened to be my birthday. I called Cambridge as I had been concerned about how our furnace was working – it was 17 years old and on it’s last legs for sure. Peter visited us within an hour of my call and actually shared some of my cake. He also provided the best birthday present one could expect on such short notice – a brand new furnace and humidifier. It was installed the next day and has been performing wonderfully ever since. Peter took care of the financing – I was approved within 15 minutes. Everything worked out perfectly. The best part was that everyone I dealt with was so positive and pleasant – a birthday to remember for sure.

I have recently bought a new Lennox high efficiency furnace and air conditioner from Cambridge Heating and Cooling. The new Lennox system is working great and it came with ten year parts and labor warranty. The installers were very professional and came on time to do the installation. After the installation they cleaned all the mess created during the work and also answered all my questions. I must say that Cambridge Heating and Cooling are doing a great job. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends & relatives.
